The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, and discloses an energy dissipation and shock absorption anchor cable slide-resistant pile structure which comprises a damping energy dissipation device and a limiting device, and the damping energy dissipation device is arranged on a slide-resistant pile through an anchor cable and an anchorage pier; the damping energy dissipation device comprises a damping shell, damping liquid, a piston head and a spring, the damping liquid is packaged in the damping shell, the piston head is connected with the anchor cable and slidably arranged on the inner wall of the damping shell, a through hole allowing the damping liquid to flow is formed in the piston head, and the spring is arranged on one side of the piston head and forms an elastic structure. The slide-resistant pile structure is provided with three energy consumption systems, wherein the first energy consumption system is a limiting device; according to the second energy consumption system, the piston head and the damping shell move relatively, so that the piston head shears the damping fluid to consume energy; the third energy dissipation system is used for releasing compression deformation energy for the compressed spring and driving the piston head to shear the damping fluid to dissipate energy; and through the synergistic effect of the three energy consumption systems, the damage to the structure is effectively reduced, and the safety of the slide-resistant pile system is protected.
