Through positioning of the control platform and earth surface fixing, small-range and accurate-efficiency soil loosening operation of the upper layer of coal rock is carried out, all-dimensional periodic soil loosening is more efficient, the method is different from direct large-area damage to the earth surface in the prior art, and the method is suitable for soil loosening operation without affecting the soil surface layer and a top plate.
