The inserting rod is intermittently placed, in the process that the inserting rod is along the limiting groove in the bottommost end, the self-adaptive guiding mechanism can be pushed to move, then the closing adjusting mechanism is pushed to move, meanwhile, the inclination angle of the swing plate is adjusted, and therefore the inserting rod is guided again to enter the limiting grooves in the other positions, and after a filling material is solidified, the filling material can enter the limiting grooves in the other positions.
