Unit type curtain wall vertical splicing system and method
The invention provides a unit type curtain wall vertical splicing system and method. The system comprises a fixing frame, a lifting device, a hoisting device, a fixing piece, a bearing frame and a plane material. The lifting device is located outside the fixing frame and used for disassembling and assembling the bearing frame. The bearing frame is fixedly connected with the fixing frame through a fixing piece. The plane material is mounted on the bearing frame; the lifting device is arranged on the fixing frame and used for lifting the plane material so that the plane material can be conveniently installed on the bearing frame. Compared with the prior art, the lifting device lifts the bearing frame and fixes the bearing frame on the fixing frame through the fixing piece so that the plane material can be conveniently installed on the bearing frame, due to the fact that the lifting device lifts the bearing frame, when the bearing frame is connected with the fixing frame through the fixing piece, the perpendicularity of the bearing frame can be detected, the precision is improved, and the quality of the unit type curtain wall is improved; and the plane material is lifted to a proper height through the lifting device, so that the plane material is further conveniently mounted on the bearing frame, the pressure of lifting the plane material by workers is reduced, and the efficiency of assembling the unit type curtain wall is improved.
