The masonry wall capable of reducing the wall surface cracks at the line pipe pre-buried position comprises a wall body structure and a prefabricated formwork, the wall body structure comprises a plurality of foundation building blocks, a plurality of component prefabricated building blocks and a plurality of pre-grooving building blocks which are used for building the wall body structure, and the component prefabricated building blocks and the pre-grooving building blocks are prefabricated through the prefabricated formwork. By the adoption of the structure, through BIM pre-design and typesetting, the line and pipeline box layout area and the prefabricated material are calculated in advance, and cracks caused by grooving after overall building are avoided; pipeline routing is designed in advance, single body grooving is conducted, alignment building is conducted after allocation and calibration, and cracks caused by later punching and grooving are avoided; the prefabricated part building block single body is poured and fully tamped, the cavity condition in the prefabricated part building block is avoided, the prefabricated building block is convenient to machine, secondary grooving and punching are accurate and convenient, and the technological method is optimized.
一种减少线管预埋处墙面裂缝的砌体墙及其建造方法,包括墙体结构和预制模板,所述的墙体结构包括砌筑墙体结构的多个基础砌块、多个部件预制砌块和多个预开槽砌块,多个部件预制砌块和多个预开槽砌块通过预制模板预制。采用上述结构,通过BIM预设计排版,提前计算好线管线盒布设区域,预制材料,避免整体砌筑后开槽引发裂缝;管路走线预先设计,单体开槽,调配校准后对位砌筑,避免后期打孔开槽引发裂缝;预制件砌块单体浇筑,充分捣实,避免其内空洞情况,预制砌块加工方便,二次开槽打洞精准便利,优化工艺手法。
