The invention relates to a wall surface base layer leveling structure which comprises a wall surface attaching piece, a keel, a keel connecting piece and a top supporting piece, the top supporting piece is installed at the top of the wall surface attaching piece, an installation through groove is formed in the keel, and the keel connecting piece comprises a keel attaching part and a supporting piece attaching part; the supporting piece attaching part is used for penetrating through the mounting through groove and being attached to the top supporting piece, and the keel attaching part is used for being attached to the keel and fixed through a fixing piece. According to the leveling structure, the wall surface attaching part is fixed to the original wall, the keel connecting part penetrates through the keel and abuts against the top supporting part, the contact area of the keel and the keel connecting part is increased, the probability of keel deformation is reduced, the position of the top supporting part on the top of the wall surface attaching part can be adjusted, and the leveling effect is good. The keel connecting piece can abut against the top supporting piece, and therefore partial stress of the keel in the horizontal direction is shared. The mounting method of the wall surface base layer leveling structure also has the advantages of improving the leveling efficiency and ensuring the leveling effect.
