The invention belongs to the technical field of building construction, and discloses a steel structure construction method which comprises the following steps: S1, preparing a reinforcer, connecting the reinforcer with a special steel member, and arranging the special steel member on a core tube; s2, the reinforcer is connected to the floor slab, the special steel component and the floor slab are not connected temporarily, and the reinforcer restrains the special steel component to move in the horizontal direction and allows the special steel component to move in the vertical direction; s3, a tower is arranged, the overhanging end of the overhanging truss on the inner side of the field is temporarily supported on the tower, and the fixed end of the overhanging truss on the inner side of the field and the fixed end of the overhanging truss on the outer side of the field are connected to the two sides of the core tube correspondingly; and S4, the tower is dismantled, and the special steel component and the floor slab are connected. After the tower is dismantled, force borne by the core tube is borne by the reinforcing pieces and is not applied to the special steel members, so that the special steel members with small structural internal stress are not prone to deformation, and construction precision and safety are improved.
