The invention relates to the technical field of fire fighting equipment, in particular to a rescue ladder capable of being extended, bent and adjusted, the rescue ladder comprises a vertical ladder supported on the ground and an extension ladder arranged on the outer side of the vertical ladder, positioning blocks are arranged on the lower sides of the two ends of the extension ladder, and guide wheels are arranged on the outer sides of the upper end and the middle position of the vertical ladder; two groups of folding and unfolding wheels are arranged on the lower side of the vertical ladder; the positioning blocks at the two ends of the extension ladder are fixedly connected with one end of a first steel rope and one end of a second steel rope respectively, and the first steel rope and the second steel rope are wound around the two sets of guide wheels on the vertical ladder to be connected with the two sets of winding and unwinding wheels respectively. The rescue diversity is increased by arranging the extension ladder which can be bent and extended relative to the vertical ladder, so that the device can be erected to a farther position by crossing an obstacle close to a building or a short room, and the device can be erected at a position which is far away from a rescue point and cannot be reached by a conventional rescue ladder, so that the rescue efficiency is improved, and the rescue success rate is increased.
