The invention provides a control method for construction of a large foundation combined by a plurality of prefabricated open caissons, the large foundation is divided into a plurality of small open caissons for construction, each small open caisson adopts an assembled structure, and an intelligent control system and a control method are adopted in the whole large foundation construction process. Comprising acquisition modules such as a stratum property module, an open caisson geometric attitude monitoring module, a mud surface elevation monitoring module, a structural stress monitoring module, a soil pressure monitoring module and an environment monitoring module, an inversion analysis modulus, an intelligent decision module and a system control client. The acquisition module is installed on an open caisson structure and a surrounding stratum, and the inversion analysis modulus and the intelligent decision module are integrated on the server. According to the intelligent construction control method, important parameters of open caisson construction can be monitored in real time, the open caisson segment height connection, soil taking and sinking schemes are adjusted in time according to data analysis, and the purposes of improving construction efficiency and ensuring construction safety are achieved.
本发明提供了多个预制装配式沉井组合的大型基础施工的控制方法,大型基础分为若干个小型沉井进行施工,每个小型沉井采用装配式结构,整个大型基础施工过程采用智能化控制系统及控制方法,包括地层性质模块、沉井几何姿态监测模块、泥面标高监测模块、结构应力监测模块、土压力监测模块、环境监测模块等采集模块、反演分析模量、智能决策模块、系统控制客户端。采集模块安装于沉井结构及周边地层上,反演分析模量、智能决策模块集成于服务器上。本发明智能化施工控制方法能够对沉井施工的重要参数进行实时监测,根据对数据的分析及时调整沉井管片接高、取土及下沉方案,达到提高施工效率、确保施工安全的目的。
