The invention discloses an ultra-thin wide solid wood spliced composite board and a preparation method thereof.The composite board comprises a surface layer, a wide solid wood board square spliced core board and a wide solid wood veneer spliced back board which are sequentially arranged from top to bottom, and the wide solid wood board square spliced core board is formed by splicing wide solid wood boards; and core board grooves are formed in the wide solid wood board square along the grain direction in an up-down symmetrical or staggered manner. According to the invention, the total thickness is as low as 8-12mm, the thickness of the surface layer is as low as 1-2mm, the core plate is thinner, rare wood resources are saved, the splicing seams of the wide solid wood square splicing core plate are few and are vertically symmetrical or staggered in the rift grain direction, the deformation resistance is stronger, and the possibility of rib grains on the plate surface caused by deformation of the splicing seams is small; the wide solid wood veneer spliced back plate is formed by seamless splicing, has full straight grains, is not easy to generate cracks, is attractive, saves wood resources, is simpler in production process and lower in cost, and has better heat resistance, moisture resistance and dimensional stability, and the formaldehyde emission reaches the ENF level.
本发明公开一种超薄型宽幅实木拼接复合板及其制备方法,该复合板包括由上至下依次设置的表层、宽幅实木板方拼接芯板和宽幅实木单板拼接背板,宽幅实木板方拼接芯板通过宽幅实木板方拼接而成,沿宽幅实木板方顺纹方向上下对称或错位拉芯板槽。本发明中,总厚度低至8‑12mm,表层厚度低至1‑2mm,更薄,节省了名贵木材资源,宽幅实木板方拼接芯板的拼接缝少且沿顺纹方向上下对称或错位拉槽,抗变形能力更强,拼接缝处变形导致板面排骨纹的可能性小,宽幅实木单板拼接背板通过无缝拼接而成,全直纹,不易产生裂纹,既美观又节省了木材资源,生产工艺更简单,成本更低,地板具有更好的耐热、耐湿、尺寸稳定性,甲醛释放量达到ENF级。
