The invention provides a switching device and a lime kiln. The switching device comprises a main pipe, a first communicating pipe, a second communicating pipe and three turn-off devices. The first end of the main pipe is connected with an inlet of the spray gun, and the second end of the main pipe is connected with the pulverized coal distributor so as to convey pulverized coal into the spray gun; an opening is formed in the side wall of the main pipe, the first end of the first communicating pipe is connected with the opening, and the second end of the first communicating pipe is used for being connected with a spray gun air device so as to convey cooling air into a spray gun; the first end of the second communicating pipe is connected with the opening, and the second end of the second communicating pipe is used for being connected with a gas ring pipe so as to convey gas into the spray gun; and the three turn-off devices are respectively arranged at the second end of the main pipe, the first communicating pipe and the second communicating pipe. According to the invention, pulverized coal or coal gas can be selectively conveyed into the kiln chamber through the spray gun according to actual conditions, so that the diversification of fuel media of the lime kiln is realized, the safety, stability and uniformity of fuel combustion are ensured, and the utilization rate of the lime kiln is further improved.
