Preparation method of antioxidant heat-insulating coating
The invention provides a preparation method of an antioxidant heat-insulating coating, and belongs to the field of ultrahigh-temperature ceramic coating materials. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, taking boric acid and zirconium n-propoxide as a boron source, a zirconium source and cane sugar as a carbon source, and obtaining gel through a sol-gel technology; and drying and grinding the gel according to a hot carbon reduction process, and carrying out heat treatment in a heating furnace in an inert gas protective atmosphere to obtain the ZrB2 powder. ZrB2 powder and Y2O3-stabilized electric smelting ZrO2 powder are mixed according to a certain proportion, then a certain amount of adhesive is added to prepare ceramic slurry, the slurry is brushed on the surface of the C/SiC composite material, then drying is conducted, high-temperature heat treatment is conducted, and the ZrB2-ZrO2 composite coating capable of obviously improving the oxidation resistance of the C/SiC composite material can be obtained. The preparation method has the advantages that the preparation method is simple and feasible, and the prepared ZrB2-ZrO2 composite coating material is uniform in pore structure, high in oxidation resistance and good in heat insulation performance.
本发明提供了一种抗氧化隔热涂层的制备方法,属于超高温陶瓷涂层材料领域。制备方法为:首先以硼酸、正丙醇锆作为硼源、锆源,蔗糖为碳源,通过溶胶–凝胶技术得到凝胶体;再根据热碳还原工艺,将凝胶干燥研磨后在有惰性气体保护气氛下的升温炉中热处理即可得到ZrB2粉体。把ZrB2粉末与Y2O3稳定的电熔ZrO2粉末按照一定比例进行混料,然后加入一定量的黏结剂配制得到陶瓷浆料,将浆料涂刷到C/SiC复合材料表面,然后干燥,并进行高温热处理,即可得到可以明显改善C/SiC复合材料抗氧化性能的ZrB2‑ZrO2复合涂层。本发明的优点在于:制备方法简单可行,制备出的ZrB2‑ZrO2复合涂层材料孔结构均匀、抗氧化性能强和隔热性能好。
