The pavement repairing and maintaining device structurally comprises a conduction groove plate, a filling mechanism and an exhaust mechanism, the front end of a vehicle body is in through connection with the interior of the upper end of the filling mechanism through the conduction groove plate, concrete exerts outward pressure on a swing plate, and meanwhile through elastic cooperation of a spring pipe sleeve and an extrusion rod, the swing plate is fixed to the front end of the vehicle body; it is ensured that concrete can be downwards extruded and discharged, it is avoided that the concrete is dispersed when discharged, and effective filling of long-strip-shaped and small-crack concrete pavement cracks is improved; in the repairing process, waste gas generated in the repairing process is upwards collected, guided and exhausted into an exhaust mechanism through a connecting cover, the waste gas applies upward air pressure to a filter plate, elastic force is applied through a telescopic hose installed between a limiting frame and a connecting frame, and the filter plate elastically shakes in the limiting frame in a limiting mode; the effect of filtering and removing particle impurities in the waste gas is improved, and the waste gas is prevented from being dispersed around the air to cause environmental pollution.
本发明公开了一种混凝土路面施工用路面修补养护装置，其结构包括导通槽板、填充机构、排气机构，车体前端通过导通槽板与填充机构上端内部贯通连接，混凝土对摆动板施加往外的压力，同时通过弹簧管套和挤压杆的弹性配合，确保能够将混凝土往下挤压排出，避免混凝土排出时较为分散，提高对长条型并且开裂的缝隙较小的混凝土路面裂缝进行有效的填充；修补的过程中通过连接罩将修补过程中产生的废气往上收集导向排入排气机构内部，废气对滤板施加往上的气压，通过限位框和连接框之间安装的伸缩软管施加弹力，滤板在限位框内部进行限位弹性抖动，提高对废气中的颗粒杂质进行过滤去除的效果，避免废气从空气四周发生分散造成环境的污染。
