Cable-stayed bridge construction method
The invention discloses a cable-stayed bridge construction method. The method relates to the technical field of bridge construction, and comprises the specific steps of section installation: construction of a 0 # block of a starting section at the bottom of a tower, installation of a 1 # section beam, hoisting of two beam sections on two sides of a main tower from one side of the main tower, installation of one 1 # stay cable, installation of a beam bridge deck slab of the 1 # section, two 1 # stay cables and installation of a 2 # section beam. Two beam sections on the two sides of the main tower are both hoisted from one side of the main tower; one second stay cable is installed; a second section beam bridge deck slab is installed; a 0 # block and a first section beam are bound to correspond to wet joint steel bars, concrete is poured, and curing and equal strength are conducted; according to the construction method, the steel-concrete composite beam section part is directly embedded into the lower cross beam of the main tower, and meanwhile, single-side hoisting symmetrical cantilever assembly is adopted, so that the main beam of the cable-stayed bridge is hoisted from one side (hoisting side) of the main tower, and the installation and construction of the steel beam section on the non-hoisting side are met and are not restricted by the terrain and navigation conditions under the bridge on the non-hoisting side.
本发明公开了一种斜拉桥施工方法。涉及桥梁施工技术领域,包括:节段安装具体步骤:塔底起步段0#块施工→1#节段梁安装,主塔两侧两个梁段均从主塔一侧起吊→安装1#斜拉索,一张→1#节段梁桥面板安装→1#斜拉索二张→2#节段梁安装,主塔两侧两个梁段均从主塔一侧起吊→安装2#斜拉索,一张→2#节段梁桥面板安装→绑扎0#块、1#节段梁对应湿接缝钢筋,浇筑混凝土,养生并等强→2#斜拉索二张→重复上述步骤,直至节段梁单侧起吊对称安装至合龙段。本施工方法的钢混结合梁段部直接嵌入主塔下横梁内,同时采用单侧起吊对称悬臂拼装,实现斜拉桥主梁均从主塔一侧(起吊侧)起吊,满足了非起吊侧钢梁节段安装施工,不受非起吊侧桥下地形和通航条件的制约。
