The invention discloses a bridge maintenance device which comprises a plurality of water tank assemblies, a plurality of pump connection assemblies and a plurality of spraying assemblies, the water tank assemblies are arranged on the inner sides of the pump connection assemblies, and one pump connection assembly corresponds to one spraying assembly. Each spraying assembly comprises a group of buffer bases in socket connection with the corresponding connecting base and a spraying rod arranged at the top of the corresponding buffer base, and each spraying rod is provided with a spraying head; the set of buffer bases comprises a plurality of buffer bases which are sequentially connected in a socket mode, the buffer bases extend from the two sides of the bridge deck to the center, the heights of the buffer bases are gradually reduced, and the spray rods on the tops of the other buffer bases are all provided with high-pressure spray heads except for the spray rods on the tops of the buffer bases on the outermost side. According to the invention, a reasonable maintenance time period can be automatically planned, the normal passing of vehicles is not influenced, and the dual functions of guardrail protection and bridge maintenance are considered at the same time.
