The invention relates to an assembly type UHPC sandwich composite board culvert structure which comprises a prefabricated UHPC sandwich composite cover board, a first prefabricated UHPC sandwich composite side board, a second prefabricated UHPC sandwich composite side board and a cast-in-place bottom board, and the first prefabricated UHPC sandwich composite side board and the second prefabricated UHPC sandwich composite side board are connected to the left end and the right end of the cast-in-place bottom board respectively. The upper end of the first prefabricated UHPC sandwich composite side plate and the upper end of the second prefabricated UHPC sandwich composite side plate are connected with the prefabricated UHPC sandwich composite cover plate, and the prefabricated UHPC sandwich composite cover plate, the first prefabricated UHPC sandwich composite side plate and the second prefabricated UHPC sandwich composite side plate sequentially comprise UHPC reinforced surface layers, foam concrete flexible layers and concrete inner plates from outside to inside.
