A remote water conservancy gate control system based on solar energy comprises a solar cell panel, a storage battery, a data sending circuit, a remote control circuit, a load monitoring circuit, a data acquisition mechanism, a driving mechanism, a water flow power generation mechanism, a data receiving unit and a data display unit. The data receiving unit and the data display unit are application software installed in Internet equipment; the solar cell panel is installed on a river bank, the storage battery, the data sending circuit, the remote control circuit and the load monitoring circuit are installed in the element box, the data acquisition mechanism and the driving mechanism are installed on a gate, and the water flow power generation mechanism is installed on a river. On the basis that construction is convenient and investment cost is saved, normal power supply of the whole equipment can be effectively guaranteed, various field data can be mastered in real time under the condition that far-end related personnel do not arrive at the field, when the load of the motor is abnormal, the related personnel can be prompted in a short message mode in time, and therefore the probability that the motor is damaged due to the fact that the motor is too large is reduced.
