Load dragging type flap gate
The invention discloses a weight dragging type flap gate which comprises a gate body located in a gate chamber and capable of rotating around a transverse shaft and a weight dragging plate located at the bottom of the upstream side of the gate body and hinged to the gate body. A shaft sleeve is fixed on the lock chamber side wall, and the transverse shaft rotates in the shaft sleeve. Supporting wheels and limiting buffer blocks are arranged on the side walls of the gate chamber, a notch is formed in the top of the gate, and a balance weight is arranged at the bottom of the gate. The flap gate provided by the invention can be used for vertically retaining water in low water, residual water overflows from the notch, and the dragging plate is arranged on the underwater supporting wheel. During flood, the water level rises, the gate automatically turns over, the dragging plate is driven to rotate together in the process, finally, the limiting buffer block is slowly contacted, and full-open flood discharge is achieved. When the flood level is lowered, the gate automatically rotates under the action of reverse gravitational torque of the towing plate and the counter weight until the gate is completely reset under the help of hydrostatic pressure.
本发明公开了拖重式翻板闸,包括位于闸室内可绕横轴旋转的闸门,以及位于闸门迎水侧底部与闸门铰接的拖重板。闸室侧墙上固定有轴套,横轴置于轴套内转动。闸室侧墙设有支撑轮和限位缓冲块,闸门顶部设缺口,闸门底部设有配重。本发明提供的翻板闸在枯水时竖立挡水,余水从缺口溢出,拖重板置于水下支撑轮上。洪水时水位升高,闸门自动翻倒,过程中带动拖重板一起旋转,最终缓慢接触限位缓冲块,达全开泄洪。当洪水水位降低,闸门靠拖重板和配重的反向重力矩作用自动回转,在静水压力帮助下直至完全复位。
