The water conservancy sewage disposal device comprises a water blocking assembly, a power generation dam, a sewage blocking opening formed in the lower end of the power generation dam, a movable groove formed in the power generation dam and a gate arranged in the movable groove; the water drainage assembly is arranged in the movable groove and comprises a supporting roller arranged at the upper end of the movable groove, a pressing block component arranged on the side, close to the trash holding opening, of the gate, a triggering component arranged at the upper end of the side, close to the trash holding opening, of the power generation dam, and a reset component arranged in the pressing block component; and through cooperation of the trigger component and the grabbing assembly, when the power generation dam needs to be cleaned, the bottom of the trash holding opening is effectively cleaned, and cleaning is more sufficient.
