A pier head clamping groove is formed in the side, close to the welding face, of the main rib hole. The welding face is arranged on the side face of the plate body, the prestressed pier head is embedded into the pier head clamping groove so that the connection stability and strength during pipe pile butt joint can be improved, one side of the end screw hole is sequentially communicated with the arc-shaped transfer groove and the main reinforcement hole, the same rotation radius is kept, and therefore installation of a reinforcement cage and the plate body is faster and more convenient.
