The disc plough blades are rotatably connected to the main body frame, and each disc plough blade comprises a concave surface; the scraper knife is connected to the side wall of the main body frame; the gravity center moving device comprises a balancing weight, and the balancing weight is movably connected to the hanging beam; the disc plough blades are arranged perpendicular to the advancing direction, and the scraper knife is arranged on the front side wall of the main body frame; an acute angle is formed between the central axis of the disc plough blade and the advancing direction, and the concave face is arranged towards the advancing direction, so that the technical problems that an existing leveling device is not easy to monitor and inconvenient to adjust, and cannot be well suitable for complex underwater environments such as hard clay and the like are solved.
