The invention belongs to the technical field of roadbed drainage, discloses a three-dimensional drainage system based on the original appearance of a mountainous area and a construction method of the three-dimensional drainage system, and aims to solve the problem that drainage effect is lost due to the fact that drainage ditch cover plates arranged in drainage ditches are easy to block. The device comprises a mountain drainage ditch and a roadbed drainage ditch which are communicated with each other, an outer sleeve is installed in the mountain drainage ditch, a filter sieve plate is installed in the outer sleeve through a bearing seat, the upper top of the mountain drainage ditch is covered with a filter layer, and the filter layer is composed of a reinforcement cage and gravel filled in the reinforcement cage. The filtering layer is used for blocking and filtering sundries, and the blocked sundries stay at the position of the original gutter channel area of the mountain; meanwhile, the energy dissipation effect on the mountain water can be achieved, and the impact speed of the mountain water is greatly reduced; and then the mountain water is filtered again through the filtering sieve plate, so that the sediment amount in the mountain water is greatly reduced, and the problem of river bed sludge accumulation is relieved.
