The outer pipeline is vertically arranged in the lower shell, a water flow cavity is formed between the outer pipeline and the lower shell, the inner pipeline is arranged on the upper shell, the inner pipeline is inserted into the outer pipeline, a water flow gap is formed between the inner pipeline and the outer pipeline, the inner pipeline is communicated with the water flow cavity through the water flow gap, and the water flow cavity is communicated with the inner pipeline through the water flow gap. The water seal ball is arranged in the inner pipeline, an end plate is arranged at the upper end in the inner pipeline, a through hole is formed in the end plate, and the inner diameter of the through hole is smaller than the diameter of the water seal ball.
