The local electric control cabinet comprises a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), each submersible sewage pump is provided with a flush valve, and the plurality of submersible sewage pumps and the flush valves are electrically connected with the PLC respectively; wherein the PLC is used for controlling the flushing valve to be opened and run for a preset duration to perform water injection on the bottom of the barrel body when the submersible sewage pump is controlled to be started on the basis of the Venturi effect and the pressure difference in the integrated prefabricated pump station, so that sludge in the bottom of the barrel body is removed.
