The invention relates to the field of green buildings, in particular to a green energy-saving building which comprises a building body, a urinal and the like. A plurality of urinals are arranged in the building body. Water is collected through the two water collecting grooves, water flows to the left and right sides of the water collecting grooves through the corresponding inclined plates, and then rainwater flows to four water guide pipes, flows into a first guide pipe and a plurality of sewer pipes along the four water guide pipes and finally flows into a plurality of water cylinders to be stored; when the urinal is cleaned, the sensor is used for detecting and controlling water outlet of the urinal, at the moment, water stored in the first guide pipe, the multiple sewer pipes and the two water guide pipes on the left side flows downwards, then the water flows into the urinal, and therefore the urinal is cleaned, rainwater is utilized, and water resources are effectively saved; and liquid flowing out of the urinal is diluted through the two water storage tanks, so that green plants are maintained, and later maintenance work is greatly saved.
