According to the scheme, the rotating angle of the steering base can be accurately and finely adjusted through the adjusting rod, the rubber layer, the caulking groove and the connecting groove, and then the length of the connecting claw is controlled, so that the end of the connecting claw is right opposite to a mounting hole in glass.
