The invention discloses a multi-degree-of-freedom curtain wall plate connecting device which comprises a metal embedded part arranged in a concrete wall body, a cavity of the metal embedded part is in a convex shape, the top of the metal embedded part is slidably connected with a metal connecting plate, arc-shaped grooves are formed in the two sides of the rear side of the top of the metal connecting plate, and the arc-shaped grooves are formed in the two sides of the rear side of the top of the metal connecting plate. Threaded pieces are connected to the two sides of an inner cavity of the metal embedded part in a sliding mode. Through cooperative use of the metal embedded part, the arc-shaped groove and the threaded part, the metal connecting plate can move forwards, backwards, leftwards and rightwards, then the metal connecting plate drives the two curtain wall plate mounting frames to move forwards, backwards, leftwards and rightwards, and through cooperative use of the connecting part and the threaded column, the heights of the two concentric-square-shaped parts can be adjusted at the same time; and then the two concentric-square-shaped pieces drive the two curtain wall plate mounting frames to be synchronously adjusted up and down, so that the positions of the two adjacent curtain wall plates can be adjusted at the same time, and connection between the two follow-up curtain wall plates is facilitated.
