The waterproof drainage structure of the building platform comprises a building body, the top of the building body is provided with a plane building platform, drainage protection mechanisms are installed at the four corners of the plane building platform correspondingly, and auxiliary drainage grooves are formed in the positions, between the drainage protection mechanisms, of the plane building platform; and a floating type drainage structure is installed in the position, located on the plane building platform, in the drainage protection mechanism in an embedded mode, the bottom of the floating type drainage structure is connected with a drainage pipeline, and a water seepage prevention structure is arranged in the position, located below the auxiliary drainage groove, in the plane building platform. By means of the structure, water on the plane building platform can be drained in daily life, when accumulated water on the plane building platform is too much, double drainage can be conducted through the floating type drainage structure, when the floating type drainage structure is not used, the floating type drainage structure is prevented from being blocked, the accumulated water is prevented from permeating the plane building platform, and the waterproof and drainage effects are achieved.
