本发明提供一种地面翻新薄浇工艺，包括以下步骤：对地面进行彻底清扫、清理和清洗，达到地面表面无尘、无油污、无异物等问题；待地面干燥后，涂刷一遍渗透封闭型水性环氧沥青水泥浆底漆；无须等待渗透封闭型水性环氧沥青水泥浆底漆干透，即可施工耐磨金刚砂层；使用收光机对施工区域进行3‑5次的反复收光压实操作；收光36小时后，在地面上喷洒双机固化剂；使用研磨机磨除地面浮灰及颗粒，喷洒常规锂基混凝土固化剂2‑5次；经过反复的研磨抛光即可达到施工预期指标，本发明具有如下的有益效果：填补了国内混凝土地面翻新薄浇的空白，解决混凝土老地面翻新成本过大，工期过长，承重过载，层高不足，产生巨量垃圾的问题。
