The invention relates to the technical field of building construction, in particular to a reinforced concrete shear wall pouring mold which comprises a plurality of mold plates and split bolts, every two adjacent mold plates are spliced together through transverse strip-shaped blocks and vertical strip-shaped blocks, and the split bolts are connected with the transverse strip-shaped blocks and the vertical strip-shaped blocks. The transverse strip-shaped blocks and the vertical strip-shaped blocks are installed on the edges of the two adjacent formworks through bolts, and a plurality of bolt holes are evenly formed in the side walls of the transverse strip-shaped blocks. In the using process, the multiple formworks are spliced together, the strip-shaped blocks are arranged at the splicing positions to form the two rows of formworks which are oppositely arranged, the bolt holes are formed in the transverse strip-shaped blocks, pouring is completed through positioning and fixing of the split bolts, and after using is completed, the formworks and the connecting strips are detached and can still be reused. Holes are prevented from being formed in an original whole formwork, materials are saved, the turnover utilization rate is increased, meanwhile, the appearance quality of the concrete shear wall is improved, and the risk of water leakage is reduced.
