Comprising a plurality of supporting modules arranged in the circumferential direction of the cross section of the batten wood block and a deformation monitoring module, each supporting module comprises a hinged telescopic connecting rod unit and a locking unit, and the multiple hinged telescopic connecting rod units are sequentially connected to form an annular structure; the hinged telescopic connecting rod units can be adjusted in a telescopic mode to adapt to the cross sections of different batten wood blocks, and the locking units are used for locking every two adjacent hinged telescopic connecting rod units to achieve fastening and supporting of the special-shaped column formwork. The deformation monitoring module is arranged on the hinged telescopic connecting rod unit and used for monitoring deformation of the formworks with the cross sections of different heights. Free adjustment can be carried out according to the shape of a special-shaped column, so that a concrete column formwork is better supported, meanwhile, positioning and deformation monitoring are carried out on a fastener in the fastening process, and the situation that the formwork deforms and inclines is avoided.
