The desulfurization slurry dehydration system comprises a flue gas desulfurization tower, separation equipment, dehydration equipment and a filtrate tank which are sequentially communicated through a pipeline, and a gypsum slurry pump is fixedly mounted on the pipeline between the flue gas desulfurization tower and the separation equipment; the filtrate tank is communicated with the separation equipment through a liquid supply pipeline, and a filtrate pump is fixedly mounted on the liquid supply pipeline. The device has the beneficial effects that the device is simple in structure and reasonable in design, and aims to strengthen the separation of fine particulate matters in the gypsum cyclone, ensure the stable operation of the gypsum vacuum belt dehydrator and realize the energy conservation and consumption reduction of a dehydration system; meanwhile, a reliable and reasonable gypsum slurry solid-liquid separation system can be provided for fluctuation operation of a flue gas desulfurization system, and the quality of desulfurized gypsum is further improved.
本发明涉及一种脱硫浆液脱水系统,包括通过管路依次连通的烟气脱硫塔、分离设备、脱水设备和滤液罐,烟气脱硫塔与分离设备之间的管路上固定安装有石膏浆液泵;滤液罐通过供液管路与分离设备连通,供液管路上固定安装有滤液泵。本发明的有益效果是结构简单,设计合理,其目的在于强化石膏旋流器细颗粒物的分离,保证石膏真空皮带脱水机的稳定运行,实现脱水系统的节能降耗;同时,可以为烟气脱硫系统的波动运行提供一种可靠的、合理的石膏浆液固液分离系统,进一步的提高脱硫石膏的品质。
