The invention relates to a slow release module and a water outlet device. The slow release module comprises a slow release cavity, a sealing cavity and an extrusion part. And slow-release holes are formed in the cavity wall of the slow-release cavity. The sealing cavity is used for storing slow-release materials, a part of cavity wall is shared between the sealing cavity and the slow-release cavity, the shared part of cavity wall is a slow-release wall, other cavity walls of the sealing cavity are sealing walls, and the slow-release materials in the sealing cavity can be released into the slow-release cavity through the slow-release wall. The extrusion piece acts on the sealing wall, when the storage amount of the slow-release materials is reduced, the extrusion piece gathers the slow-release materials towards the slow-release wall, it is ensured that the effective acting area of the slow-release materials released into the slow-release cavity at any moment is the area of the slow-release wall, the size of the slow-release cavity is not changed, and the water amount capable of being contained is not changed; therefore, the release rate of the slow-release material to the slow-release cavity is consistent, the concentration of the functional solution is not changed, and the slow-release module has consistent effects before and after.
