Preparation method of pozzolanic admixture
The invention discloses a preparation method of a pozzolanic admixture. Sodium carbonate or sodium hydroxide is added into the shale and ground, and the adding amount of the sodium carbonate or sodium hydroxide is 0-8.6% of that of the dried shale; the mixed shale is dried, and a shale mixture is obtained after drying; and after mixing, cooling the shale powder to obtain the volcanic ash mixed material. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that under the condition that no heat source is added, the raw shale is uniformly added to a clinker blanking point of a sintering system through simple crushing, metering and conveying facilities, and the shale admixture is prepared by roasting the waste heat of the clinker, so that the shale admixture completely reaches the characteristics of a volcanic ash admixture.
本发明公开了一种火山灰质混合材的制备方法。在页岩中添加碳酸钠或氢氧化钠,进行研磨,其中碳酸钠或氢氧化钠的添加量为干燥页岩的0~8.6%;对混合后的页岩进行干燥,干燥后得到页岩混合料;混合后将页岩粉进行冷却,冷却后得到火山灰性混合材料。本发明与现有的技术相比的优点在于:本发明发明在不增加任何热源的情况下,通过简单的破碎、计量及输送设施,将生页岩均匀加入到烧成系统的熟料下料点,利用熟料余热焙烧制作页岩混合材,使其完全达到火山灰性混合材的特性。
