Solid waste-based geopolymer engineering material for alkaline residue treatment and comprehensive utilization
The invention relates to the technical field of industrial waste residue treatment, and particularly discloses a solid-waste-based geopolymer engineering material for alkaline residue treatment and comprehensive utilization and a construction method of the solid-waste-based geopolymer engineering material. The geopolymer engineering material comprises the following components in parts by weight: 56-64 parts of alkaline residues, 18-22 parts of fly ash, 30-50 parts of iron tailings, 10-15 parts of desulfurized gypsum and 1-5 parts of an additive, wherein the additive comprises the following components: cement, an alkaline activator, an early strength agent, a gel aid and an accelerator. After a mixture formed by adding water into the geopolymer engineering material disclosed by the invention is used as engineering soil of a storage yard cushion layer and a road base layer, the mixture not only shows good compactness, but also has strong cementability among particles, and can better meet the mechanical property index of the engineering soil.
