Refractory material and preparation process thereof
The invention relates to the field of refractory materials, in particular to a refractory material and a preparation process thereof. The process comprises the following steps: S1, preparing the high-temperature-resistant minerals, the ceramic particles, the calcium silicate cement and the fiber material; s2, the high-temperature-resistant minerals, the ceramic particles and the calcium silicate cement are cut up through a preparation device, and caking is prevented; s3, the chopped high-temperature-resistant minerals, ceramic particles and calcium silicate cement are conveyed to a high position through a preparation device to be sprayed down; s4, continuously chopping the fiber material, and continuously mixing the chopped fiber material into the high-temperature-resistant minerals, the ceramic particles and the calcium silicate cement; s5, mixing the raw materials through a mechanical stirrer to ensure uniform distribution of the raw materials; s6, the mixed raw materials are subjected to compression molding, and then the mixed raw materials are dried; and S7, the surfaces of the dried raw materials are coated with paint. The refractory material is prepared from 3 parts of high-temperature-resistant mineral, 2 parts of ceramic particles, 10 parts of calcium silicate cement and 1 part of fiber material.
