The invention discloses a preparation method of a hydrophilic porous noise-reducing organic ground cover, which is specifically implemented according to the following steps: step 1, acquiring branches, and cutting the branches to obtain cutting blades or cutting particles; 2, naturally airing the cutting pieces or the cutting particles obtained in the step 1 to form a common organic ground cover; step 3, preparing infiltration modification liquid, then performing surface modification on the common organic ground cover formed in the step 2 through spraying or infiltration, and finally performing pre-drying to obtain a cutting object base material; step 4, preparing a pore-foaming agent; and step 5, fully absorbing the pore-foaming agent prepared in the step 4 by the cut object base material obtained in the step 3, and then carrying out crawler-type microwave drying to obtain the hydrophilic porous noise-reducing organic ground cover. According to the invention, the tracheid absorption pore-foaming agent is utilized to carry out gas pore-forming to form a surface porous structure, so that noise can be effectively reduced.
