The invention discloses a large-displacement cable sleeve for protection of a main cable of a suspension bridge. The large-displacement cable sleeve comprises a cable sleeve body and a connecting piece. The cable sleeve body is used for being matched with the inner side of the end part of the connecting piece and is connected with a movable ring through a movable sealing structure capable of axially sliding and displacing; the outer end of the movable ring extends out of the corresponding end part of the cable sleeve body, and the outer end of the movable ring is connected with a radial sliding plate which is formed by protruding outwards in the radial direction; the connecting piece is used for being matched with the end part of the cable sleeve body and is provided with a sealing ring cover forming a radial depth; the radial sliding plate of the movable ring is inserted into the sealing ring cover through a movable sealing structure capable of sliding in the radial direction. Large-displacement telescopic deformation in the axial direction and the radial direction can be achieved, stability is good, and the service life is long.
