The invention discloses a cantilever truss platform which is used for being erected on a steel box girder of a bridge. The cantilever truss platform comprises a first truss unit and a second truss unit, wherein the first truss unit is arranged above the steel box girder; the moving unit is arranged below the first truss unit, one end of the moving unit is connected with the first truss unit, and the other end of the moving unit abuts against the steel box girder; the second truss unit is arranged on one side of the steel box girder, and one end of the second truss unit is connected with the first truss unit; the platform main body is arranged below the steel box girder, and one end of the platform main body is connected with the second truss unit. According to the cantilever truss platform, the bearing capacity of the cantilever truss platform can be improved, and the cantilever truss platform is convenient to move.
