The construction method comprises the following steps that 1, soft foundation treatment and structure construction of a bridge abutment, a culvert or a channel are completed; 2, the cone slope foundation is treated; 3, a cone slope soil body and a bridge and culvert abutment back soil body are filled at the same time, a layer of geotechnical cloth is filled and laid, and the geotechnical cloth is laid in the longitudinal and transverse directions in a crossed mode; and 4, reverse folding is conducted when the geotechnical cloth is laid to the slope toe. According to the construction method of the bridge and culvert cone slope geotextile, the geotextile is laid in the bridge and culvert cone slope soil body in the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, the position, close to the cone slope toe, of the geotextile is reversely folded back, and the reversely folded geotextile and the geotextile laid on the lower layer need to be filled with a layer of soil, so that the stability of the cone slope soil body can be enhanced, and the overall stability of a roadbed is further enhanced; and the construction quality of bridge and culvert abutment back backfilling and cone slope soil backfilling is improved.
