The invention relates to a construction method of a high-pressure jet grouting pile close to a bridge pile foundation, which comprises the following steps of: collecting pavement geological data of a construction section, and designing a test scheme of a high-pressure jet grouting pile test section; according to the test scheme of the high-pressure jet grouting pile test section, a test pile is constructed, settlement and deep horizontal displacement data of an engineering simulation pile in the construction process and deep horizontal displacement and pore water pressure of soil around the test pile in the construction process are monitored, and monitoring data are obtained; monitoring data are analyzed, and a large-area construction scheme of the high-pressure jet grouting piles close to the bridge pile foundation is formulated; high-pressure jet grouting pile construction is conducted according to the high-pressure jet grouting pile large-area construction scheme; in the construction process, monitoring data of a monitoring instrument is dynamically tracked and analyzed, a data alarm system is established, and an alarm value is set; after construction is completed, data such as horizontal displacement data of the bridge bearing platform continues to be tracked and monitored; and displacement and settlement conditions of the road surface and the bridge bearing platform are ensured to be within a monitoring limitation allowable range.
