A foundation pit supporting construction method suitable for an assembly type subway entrance and exit in a soft soil area comprises the construction steps that S1, slope excavation is conducted, SMW construction method piles are adopted for an enclosure structure, and then in-pit dewatering is conducted; s2, the soil body is excavated to the position 0.5 m below the first supporting position, and a cross brace is constructed; s3, excavation is conducted to the pit bottom, foundation pit excavation needs to be conducted in a segmented, zoned and layered mode symmetrically, and overexcavation is avoided; s4, the prefabricated assembly type side walls are sequentially hoisted and fixedly connected with the assembly type bottom plate and the adjacent assembly type side walls in a spliced mode; s5, dismantling the first support after the inverted support is constructed; and S6, a waterproof layer and a protective layer are constructed, the inverted supports are dismantled, the H-shaped steel is recycled, the dewatering well is blocked, and the road surface is recovered. According to the enclosure structure, the dense insertion H-shaped steel construction method piles are adopted, steel supports are adopted for the first inner support and the inverted support, a rapid supporting system is formed in cooperation with the assembly type bottom plate and the side wall structure, the inner supports are reduced, the supporting distance is increased, and the construction period is shortened.
