Comprising a dewatering well casing, a cover plate is installed at the top of the dewatering well casing, a batten is installed at the bottom of the cover plate, a base plate is installed at the bottom of the batten, and positioning pieces are connected between the batten and the cover plate and between the batten and the base plate respectively; the cover plate and the base plate are each provided with a notch part, a cable and a drainage pipe are suitable for being installed in the notch parts and penetrate through the notch parts, and drainage pumps are installed at the bottoms of the drainage pipe and the cable. The top of the cover plate is connected with a red-white reflective strip, and the outer diameter of the cover plate is larger than the inner diameter of a top port of the dewatering well pipe. The problem that the well mouth of the dewatering well is not protected or the protection effect is poor is solved.
