The invention discloses a construction method of a water stop structure supported by a steel pipe stand column penetrating through a bottom plate, which can effectively prevent leakage of a foundation bottom plate under the condition that the foundation bottom plate is kept stable and continuously stressed, and comprises the following steps: step 1, removing soil and floating rust at the top of a cushion layer and around a steel pipe pile, and cleaning by adopting a high-pressure water gun; secondly, a water stop ring is arranged on the outer wall of a pile body of the steel pipe pile, then raft reinforcing steel bars are bound to the top of the cushion layer, and raft concrete is poured; thirdly, a groove with a certain width and a certain depth is formed in the periphery of a pile body of the steel pipe pile at the top of the raft; fourthly, the steel pipe pile is cut off at the bottom of the groove, and sludge in the groove and the remaining steel pipe pile is cleaned up; fifthly, concrete is poured into the steel pipe piles, the concrete pouring height is not larger than the top notch height of the steel pipe piles, and then top plates are arranged at the tops of the steel pipe piles; and sixthly, the raft reinforcing steel bars in the grooves are connected through connecting ribs, and then a secondary concrete layer is poured in the grooves.
