Dredging device for repairing and treating canal
A desilting device for canal repair and treatment comprises a rack and walking wheels pivoted to the bottom of the rack, a rotating shaft is arranged on the rack, one end of the rotating shaft is in key connection with an end cover, a bucket is fixedly connected to the end cover, and the rotating shaft, the end cover and the bucket form a synchronously rotating whole. A feeding hole is formed in the upper half part of the screen cage, and the screen cage comprises an inner screen mesh and an outer screen mesh. The rotating bucket can directly shovel up sludge together with vegetation and gravel, and after rotating to the feeding port, the sludge enters the screen cage under the self-weight and the jet flow effect of the spray head; through the screen cages with different filtering targets, overflowing of vegetation, stones and sludge is achieved under the combined action of the stirring rods and jet flow, and the obtained sludge can be directly used for subsequent solid-liquid separation operation; the generated jet flow for scouring the sludge of the bucket and the screen cage is generated by the single-row spray heads, and the jet flow direction of the spray heads is controlled in a linkage mode through the sliding grooves in the end covers.
一种水渠修复治理用清淤装置,包括机架和枢接在机架底部的行走轮,机架上设置有一转轴,转轴一端键连接有一端盖,端盖上固定连接有铲斗,转轴、端盖以及铲斗构成一同步转动的整体;转轴外同轴设有筛笼,筛笼上半部设有进料口,包括内筛网和外筛网。本发明转动的铲斗可将淤泥直接连同植被和砂石一同铲起,转动至进料口后在自重以及喷头的射流作用下进入筛笼;通过过滤目标不同的筛笼在搅拌杆以及射流的共同作用下分别实现对植被、石头以及淤泥的过流,所获取的淤泥可直接用于后续的固液分离操作;所产生的对铲斗和筛笼淤泥冲刷的射流均由单排喷头产生,通过端盖上滑槽联动控制喷头的射流方向即可实现。
