The embodiment of the invention provides a connecting piece (100) of a balcony and a prefabricated balcony. The connecting piece (100) comprises a heat preservation box (110), a first rib (120) and a second rib (130), wherein the first rib (120) and the second rib (130) penetrate through the heat preservation box (110) in the first direction (X). Threaded sleeves (121) are arranged at the two ends of the first rib (120), and the threaded sleeves (121) at the two ends of the first rib (120) are used for being in threaded connection with steel bars of a balcony and a building body correspondingly; the second rib (130) comprises a first section (131), a second section (132) and a third section (133), the first section (131) is of a bent structure bent on a first plane, the first section (131) is used for being connected with a balcony, a first stud (134) is arranged at the end, away from the heat preservation box (110), of the third section (133), and the third section (133) is used for being connected with a building body. According to the technical scheme, the heat bridge of the balcony can be effectively blocked while the building function of the balcony is guaranteed.
