Modularized single-layer latticed shell wood structure system
The invention aims to provide a modularized single-layer reticulated shell wood structure system which comprises an arched single-layer reticulated shell and a foundation (28), a main body of the shell is a wood component (5) distributed in the longitudinal direction and the circumferential direction, and each unit grid is provided with a pair of diagonal crossed inhaul cables (9); the intersection position of the two longitudinal wood components (5) and the two circumferential wood components (5) in the middle area of the shell is a middle node (1), the intersection position of the longitudinal wood components (5) and the two circumferential wood components (5) in the two end areas is a side node (2), the intersection position of the circumferential wood components (5) and a foundation (28) in the two bottom edge areas is a bottom node (4), and the intersection position between inhaul cables is an inhaul cable node (3). Metal pieces at the middle node (1), the side nodes (2) and the bottom node (4) are all made of low-yield-point steel, and the fastening pins (8) are lead pins. The system can be modularly manufactured and is convenient to construct, high in energy consumption efficiency, excellent in mechanical property and high in adaptability to construction errors.
本发明的目的是提供一种模块化单层网壳木结构体系,包括拱形且单层网状的壳体、基础(28),壳体的主体为沿纵向和周向分布的木构件(5),每处单元网格上都设有一对对角交叉的拉索(9);壳体在中间区域两个纵向木构件(5)与两个周向木构件(5)的交汇位置为中节点(1)、在两端区域纵向木构件(5)与两个周向木构件(5)的交汇位置为边节点(2)、在两底边区域周向木构件(5)与基础(28)的交汇位置为底节点(4),拉索之间的交汇位置为拉索节点(3);中节点(1)、边节点(2)和底节点(4)处的金属件均采用低屈服点钢,紧固销(8)采用铅销。本系统能模块化制造,施工方便,耗能效率高,力学性能优良,对施工误差适应性强。
