Seaming method and sealing assembly
The invention relates to the technical field of fabricated buildings, in particular to a joint method and a sealing assembly.The joint method is used for a modular joint process of a building structure and comprises the following steps that at least two to-be-spliced structures are provided and spliced to obtain a joint; a preset elastic filler is filled into the joint from one end of the joint to form a containing cavity with one closed end; injecting a waterproof sealing material into the joint from the same end of the joint; and a sealing assembly is arranged at one end of the seam injected with the waterproof sealing material to seal the waterproof sealing material. The steel structure joint is filled and fixed through the method, three waterproof layers are arranged at each end of the joint, liquid is prevented from permeating into the steel structure joint, and then the waterproof effect of the steel structure joint is improved.
本发明涉及装配式建筑技术领域,特别涉及一种接缝方法及密封组件,本发明的接缝方法,用于建筑结构模块化接缝工艺,包括以下步骤:提供至少两块待拼接结构,拼接得到接缝;从所述接缝的一端向接缝中填充预设弹性填充物形成一端封闭的容纳腔;从所述接缝的同一端向所述接缝中注入防水密封材料;在注入防水密封材料的接缝一端设置密封组件密封防水密封材料。通过该方法对钢结构接缝进行填充及固定,接缝每一端均设置有三道防水层,防止液体渗透进入钢结构接缝,进而提升了钢结构接缝的防水效果。
