The invention relates to the technical field of phosphorite tailing recycling, and discloses a phosphorite tailing resource utilization method which comprises the following steps: 1) preparing a manufacturing mold; (2) preparing required materials; 3) preparing a stirrer; 4) starting the stirrer; 5) preliminarily adding materials in the stirrer; (6) adding materials into the stirrer again; 7) adding the material into the mold; 8) curing the concrete test block; and 9) performing a performance test. In conclusion, by analyzing the chemical composition of the phosphorite tailings, the phosphorite tailings can partially replace the fine aggregate in the concrete, and then the phosphorite tailings and the coarse sand are proportioned in a certain range, so that relatively proper fine aggregate grading is achieved and used for preparing various types of concrete, and resource utilization of the phosphorite tailings is completed; pollution caused by solid waste stacking is reduced, and the method has the advantages that energy is saved, emission is reduced, harm is turned into benefit, and the preparation cost of the concrete is reduced. The bending toughness and the impact toughness of the matrix concrete can be improved.
