The invention discloses a self-consolidation plugging agent and a preparation process thereof. The plugging agent is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 30 parts of slag, 20 to 40 parts of cement, 10 to 20 parts of quick lime, 4 to 10 parts of gypsum, 1 to 5 parts of mineral fiber, 2 to 6 parts of retarder, 2 to 4 parts of acrylamide, 3 to 9 parts of sodium allylsulfonate, 2 to 6 parts of asbestos fiber, 1 to 3 parts of cotton and numb plant fiber, 4 to 10 parts of alpha-cyanoacrylate n-octyl ester and 10 to 18 parts of distilled water. The viscosity and the viscous flow capacity of the prepared plugging agent are increased along with reduction of the shearing rate, the plugging agent has special fluidity, after entering a leakage layer, plugging slurry preferentially flows in from a large pore channel with small resistance, along with increase of the injection amount, the volume of the plugging slurry accumulated in the leakage pore channel is continuously increased, the flowing resistance of the plugging slurry in the large pore channel is increased, and the flowing speed is reduced; the plugging slurry is forced to flow into small holes, a leakage layer channel is effectively separated, solidification occurs under certain conditions, the strength is improved, a leakage layer is effectively plugged, the stratum pressure bearing capacity is improved, and the re-leakage probability is reduced.
本发明公开了一种自固结堵漏剂及其制备工艺，堵漏剂组分按重量份数包括矿渣20‑30份、水泥20‑40份、生石灰10‑20份、生石膏4‑10份、矿物纤维1‑5份、缓凝剂2‑6份、丙烯酰胺2‑4份、丙烯磺酸钠3‑9份、石棉纤维2‑6份、棉麻木植物纤维1‑3份、α‑氰基丙烯酸正辛酯4‑10份、蒸馏水10‑18份，本发明制备工艺简单，制得的堵漏剂粘度和滞流能力随剪切速率的降低而升高，具有特殊的流动性，进入漏层后，堵漏浆优先从阻力小的大孔道中流入，随注入量的增加，漏失孔道积聚的堵漏浆体积不断增大，大孔道中堵漏浆流动阻力随之升高，流速降低，迫使堵漏浆向较小孔隙中流动，有效隔断漏层通道，在一定条件下发生固结，提高强度，有效封堵漏层，提高地层承压能力，减小复漏几率。
